Additional Cost Related To Printing

Flash Cure: Drying the 1st coat of white ink before applying 2nd coat. (For printing light ink onto dark garments only)

- 20¢ per print.

Ink Color Change During A Print Run: Clean ink off of screen in order to use additional ink color on the same screen .

- $12 per color change.

Specialty Ink : Printing with Specialty inks (Glitter, Glow in the dark, Puff, etc.)

- $1.15 extra per print

Foil : Application of foil onto garments Evian heat press.

- $1.50 Per 11" Sheet

Film Transfer Charge: Artwork separation onto transparency film for screen exposure process. (1 film per color)

- $12.00 per color

Additional Important Information

Artwork

Screen Life Printing offers Graphic Artwork solutions starting at $35.00.

All artwork will be handled by our design team. Clients will receive a digital proof of all artwork prior to separation for screens. Please notify us of any changes that need to be made after you receive the digital proof. Once the digital proof has been approved by the client and has been sent for separation, any changes made will incur an additional charge.

Clients will receive a final copy of all completed artwork. Keep this file safe, as we do not save client files for more than 2 years.

REORDERING

No additional setup charges will be applied when reordering job from stored screens.
If you do not pay for "onsite storage", all screens will be reclaimed after each job. If you think you may need to reorder please ensure that you choose onsite storage.
If changes are made to the original design, the screens will have to be redone. This also means that the film positives may have to be reprinted. Charges will be applied.

Standard turn-around time for screen printing is 7- 10 business days; this time period begins when all blank goods have been received and the final art files have been approved.

RUSH ORDERS (Please Read)

When available - Rush Charges of 30% of t (5-6 days) Rush Charges of 40% (3-4 days) Rush Charges of 50% (2-3 days) from receipt of art approval & merchandise. Only available on 1 - 2 color, white or light color shirts that do not require a base coat.

Rusch charge is calculated using total pre rush cost of each job.

Maximum 300 garments.

Order Forms, artwork and merchandise must be complete prior to being put on production schedule.

All Payment Arrangements must be finalized before entering production schedule.

Spoilage:

Although our normal spoilage is insignificant, we do allow for 2% damage, (4% on darks). We will credit accounts for any spoilage in excess of one piece or 2% (4% on darks) whichever is greater.
